I&#039;m a 30 year cook, former restaurant manager, and finally, in my later years, got a whack at actually cooking IN a commercial kitchen for a while. It&#039;s great that you aren&#039;t afraid to experiment. That&#039;s what it takes to make cooking your own. The more you do, the better you get. :)</description>
